Clarice Lam is a celebrated pastry chef with over a decade of experience in the New York City restaurant scene. She has worked at renowned establishments such as Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery and Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Spice Market, and served as the executive chef at The Chocolate Room in Brooklyn. Most notably, Lam was the opening pastry chef at Kimika, named one of Condé Nast Traveler’s best new restaurants in 2021 and a James Beard semifinalist in 2022. Lam has also appeared on popular cooking shows, including Beat Bobby Flay and Best Baker in America, where she was a semifinalist.
