Experience Napa Valley wines paired with refined coastal cuisine in an intimate setting. An Evening with Colgin Cellars takes place on Wednesday, March 12 at The Surf Club Restaurant, featuring a curated selection of library vintages presented by industry experts.
The evening begins with a champagne reception and canapés, followed by a three-course tasting menu crafted by Chef de Cuisine Cornelia Sühr. Michel Couvreux, Beverage Director of The Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, and Danielle Aita, Brand Ambassador and Hospitality Director at Colgin Cellars, will guide guests through a tasting of distinguished wines including the 2018 Tychson Hill and 2014 IX Estate.
Set in the private Barton Room, this communal dining experience combines wine service with sophisticated cuisine. The event concludes with a parting gift of house-made cookies and jams prepared by The Surf Club Restaurant team.
