John J. Sullivan is a distinguished diplomat and attorney with a long career in public service and the private sector. He served as U.S. ambassador to Russia under both President Biden and President Trump. Before his post in Moscow, he served for almost three years as the U.S. deputy secretary of state. He is currently a distinguished fellow at Georgetown and Columbia Universities, a partner in Mayer Brown LLP, and a member of the congressionally-chartered, bipartisan Commission on Reform and Modernization of the Department of State.
Former Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen brings a wealth of experience in foreign policy to the conversation. Her tenure in Congress includes Chairwoman emeritus of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Chairwoman of the Subcommittee on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
