Bastille Day: Vive La France

French cocktails, wine and cheese anchor a Bastille Day gathering at The Social Club inside the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel in Miami Beach. Bastille Day: Vive La France takes place Tuesday, July 14, from 5 to 10 p.m. The evening features $12 French 75 cocktails, a curated flight of French wines, artisanal French cheeses and French music in a festive restaurant setting.

The Social Club serves French Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a focus on shareable plates, coastal flavors and seasonal ingredients. For the Bastille Day celebration, the restaurant’s regular social dining atmosphere shifts toward a French-themed evening of drinks, light bites and music.

The menu is led by Executive Chef Gastón Sanchez, whose background includes training with Michelin-starred chefs and experience in restaurants, catering and private dining. The venue combines open-air terraces, skylights and intimate dining areas designed for relaxed gatherings in South Beach.
