Bayfront Park 4th of July Festival: Centennial Celebration

Miami’s downtown waterfront sets the stage for a patriotic celebration that pairs Independence Day festivities with the centennial anniversary of Bayfront Park. The event offers families and visitors a chance to enjoy live entertainment, interactive attractions and a fireworks display over Biscayne Bay.

The Bayfront Park 4th of July Festival: Centennial Celebration takes place Friday, July 4, presented by Bayfront Park Management Trust and Breakwater Hospitality Group. This year’s edition commemorates 100 years since the park’s founding, recognizing its enduring role as a cultural and recreational landmark in the heart of Miami.

Entertainment throughout the evening includes performances by Orlando Mendez, the U.S. Navy Band, Higher Ground and DJ M-DOT. The program blends historical and contemporary elements, from a military vehicle and classic car showcase to a city official dunk tank featuring local leaders.

Food vendors will serve classic Fourth of July fare, with cocktails and refreshments available throughout the park. Roaming entertainers and themed activations offer additional engagement for guests of all ages. The evening concludes with a fireworks spectacular over the bay.

Guests who RSVP in advance will receive a complimentary American flag at check-in. This year’s festival honors both the spirit of Independence Day and Bayfront Park’s century-long place in Miami’s civic life.
