Beethoven, Brahms, and Banter
This event has passed.
Romantic-era sonatas take center stage in an afternoon of chamber music at the FIU Wertheim Performing Arts Center. Beethoven, Brahms, and Banter, happening on Sunday, March 9, features violinist Robert Davidovici, FIU Artist in Residence, and guest Ukraininan pianist Marina Radiushina in a program of expressive and dynamic works for violin and piano.
Part of an ongoing chamber music series, the performance invites audiences to experience the intimate connection between the two instruments in compositions that highlight both technical brilliance and lyrical beauty. Following the concert, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the musicians in an informal discussion about the repertoire and the broader world of classical music.
