BKB 58: Miami
Aug 29, 2026
Starting: 7:00 PM
Olympic gold medalist and former featherweight world champion Yuriorkis Gamboa makes his bare-knuckle boxing debut on a championship card staged inside BKB’s three-sided Trigon ring. The event takes place Saturday, August 29, at the James L. Knight Center in downtown Miami. Part of the Summer of BKB world tour, the program brings professional bare-knuckle competition back to the promotion’s South Florida roots.
Gamboa, a Cuban-born boxer known as “El Ciclón de Guantánamo,” won gold at the 2004 Olympic Games before earning world titles in multiple professional weight divisions. The currently announced card also includes title defenses by heavyweight champion Gustavo Trujillo and super featherweight champion Alberto Blas, with additional matchups scheduled throughout the evening.
BKB contests feature wrapped hands without gloves and take place in a triangular enclosure designed to keep fighters near the center of the action. VIP ringside packages include early entry, premium seating, commemorative items, exclusive merchandise and a post-fight photo opportunity at the ring. VIP check-in begins at 4:45 p.m. and general doors open at 6 p.m.
Admission is limited to guests ages 16 and older. Strobe lights and intense lighting effects will be used and may affect guests with epilepsy or other light sensitivities.
