Chinese Lunar New Year at Hakkasan
Through Feb 28, 2026
A limited-time Lunar New Year menu brings symbolic flavors and refined Cantonese technique to Hakkasan at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Available through February 28, the à la carte offerings mark the Year of the Fire Horse with dishes designed to represent prosperity, abundance and renewal.
Created by executive chef Hing Fung Matt Chan, the celebratory menu begins with Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Chinese yam, sweet and bitter almonds and conch slices, followed by festive starters such as the Rainbow Fortune Salad with seasonal vegetables, sesame, mung bean noodles and yuzu plum dressing. Additional highlights include Crispy Kataifi Prawns with Szechuan peppercorn aioli and Crab Roe Soup Dumplings served with aged black vinegar.
Entrées feature Cantonese Beef Tenderloin made with Snake River Farms Wagyu and house-made “OK Sauce,” as well as seared Atlantic red grouper with lobster essence, crispy rice and ginger. For dessert, the Mandarin Sakura Blossom layers mandarin mousse, chocolate crémeux, mandarin confit and black sesame cake.
Guests dining from the special menu receive a traditional red wishing ribbon symbolizing luck and prosperity for the year ahead. Reservations are recommended.
