Christmas Day at TULUM takes place Thursday, December 25, from noon to 9:30 p.m., with a prix-fixe menu priced at $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Starters include shrimp ceviche with pomegranate gel, burrata with roasted heirloom tomatoes and cinnamon-spiced apple–butternut squash soup. Mains feature tamarind-glazed lechón asado, herb-crusted prime rib and citrus-grilled branzino, paired with sides such as truffle yuca fries, malanga purée and wild mushroom chestnut rice. Dessert choices include coquito mousse and guava cheesecake. From 6 to 9 p.m., a live saxophone performance accompanies the evening against the backdrop of Brickell’s skyline.
