Farm To Table Dine In The Stables at Patch
Feb 15, 2026
From: 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM
A farm-to-table dining experience unfolds at Patch of Heaven Sanctuary, pairing plant-based cuisine with an immersive natural setting inside the property’s historic stables.
Taking place Sunday, February 15, the evening features a thoughtfully prepared, locally sourced plant-based meal served amid the quiet presence of Friesian and Gypsy Vanner horses. As sunset settles over the sanctuary, guests dine surrounded by open land, restored forest, and the rhythms of a working eco-wellness space dedicated to environmental regeneration.
The gathering also marks a milestone for Patch of Heaven Sanctuary with the unveiling of its first major art donation: a large-scale outdoor installation by internationally recognized Danish artist Jeppe Hein, gifted by the Pishevar Family Foundation. The installation signals a new chapter for the sanctuary, which blends land conservation, art, and ecological restoration.
Proceeds from the evening support Patch of Heaven’s ongoing efforts to expand Miami-Dade County’s tree canopy, addressing a region with less than 30 percent tree coverage. The sanctuary has already regenerated more than 10 acres of forest and continues to grow its impact through land stewardship and community engagement.
Designed as a relaxed Valentine’s and Galentine’s outing, the experience offers an opportunity to enjoy seasonal food, nature, and art while contributing to a larger environmental mission.
