FIU String Chamber Ensembles

Student string players present chamber works in an FIU concert highlighting small-ensemble collaboration and faculty coaching. FIU String Chamber Ensembles takes place Friday, November 13 at the Herbert and Nicole Wertheim Performing Arts Center as part of the FIU Wertheim School of Music & Performing Arts 2026-2027 season. The program features duos, trios and quartets performed by FIU string students.

Repertoire spans classical masterworks and contemporary music, giving audiences a look at the range of FIU’s string chamber training. Ensembles are coached by members of the school’s string faculty, including the Amernet String Quartet, FIU’s Artist-in-Residence Ensemble.
