Mark Independence Day with a movement-centered ceremony that reimagines freedom through dance, cacao and collective healing.
The Freedom Through Unity July 4th Cacao Dance takes place at Ahana Yoga in the Miami Design District. Created as a conscious alternative to traditional holiday celebrations, the event invites participants to explore spiritual liberation and ancestral remembrance through a multi-sensory journey guided by Jenergy and guest facilitators.
The evening includes a heart-opening cacao ceremony featuring ceremonial cacao from Origen Cacao, an acro yoga warm-up with Megan & Rob, an ecstatic dance set by DJ Jkali with live percussion, and a closing sound healing and freedom prayer circle. Participants are encouraged to bring water, a journal or altar offering, and comfortable clothes for movement. This is a substance-free gathering focused on connection, embodiment and shared intention.
