Latin music, amusement rides, fireworks and family attractions fill Amelia Earhart Park for a large-scale New Year’s Eve celebration in Hialeah. Held Thursday, December 31, Hialeah NYE: Fiesta 2026 takes place within Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Christmas Park, combining two stages of live entertainment with carnival rides, food vendors, interactive attractions and a midnight countdown.
Live Music & Fireworks
The evening features Latin music across a main stage and DJ stage, with salsa, reggaeton, bachata, merengue and live band performances planned throughout the night. International headliners, local artists and additional guests are still to be announced.
At midnight, a 10-minute fireworks display over Amelia Earhart Park rings in 2027, accompanied by music and a countdown performance.
Rides, Attractions & Family Activities
Festival admission includes access to amusement rides and Ripley’s attractions, with additional activities throughout the park. Highlights include:
- Ferris wheel, bumper cars, roller coasters and other carnival rides
- Live stunt performances and midway games
- Ripley’s exhibits and the Fairyland Journey
- Kids Zone with face painting, bounce houses, games and a petting zoo
- Salsa and merengue dance floor
Children younger than 5 receive free admission.
Food & Drinks
More than 50 food trucks and vendors are expected, with offerings ranging from empanadas, arepas and tamales to lechón asado, desserts, fresh juices, beer and cocktails.
The New Year’s Eve celebration runs from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Free parking is available, along with shuttle service and an onsite rideshare drop-off area. Amusement rides are scheduled to operate from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.
