Hispanic Heritage Morning With Nino Blackshire

A morning of movement and mindfulness celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with a community Pilates flow led by instructor Nino Blackshire. Set to a playlist inspired by the vibrancy of Hispanic culture, this 50-minute session is designed to strengthen, ground and energize participants of all levels.

Following the class, guests are invited to connect and continue the celebration in the welcoming atmosphere of lululemon The Falls. Space is limited, and participants are asked to bring their own mats.
