HypnoExpression: Ancestry Healing Activation

Silent disco headphones set the stage for a three-part journey of meditation, creative expression and movement at Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Led by Joanne Burgess, founder of Flight of Minds, this immersive experience blends hypnotherapy, art-making and dance to awaken ancestral wisdom, release inherited patterns and inspire self-expression in a serene natural setting.

Participants will explore ancestry healing hypnotherapy, create personal art pieces that anchor intentions, and embody their insights through movement and dance. A guided garden connection walk rounds out the afternoon, offering space to integrate the experience among lush greenery.

Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water and comfortable clothing. Open to ages 10 and above.
