Indie Underground

More than 40 South Florida bands, DJs and selectors take over Churchill’s Pub in Little Haiti for a two-night festival centered on Miami’s independent music and arts community. Taking place Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29, the inaugural Indie Underground runs from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. both nights, pairing live performances with DJ sets, visual elements and a broad mix of local sounds. Presented by Good Company Miami, the event also raises funds for Guitars Over Guns, a Miami-based youth development nonprofit that uses music education and mentorship to support young people.

Select liquid-light sets add a visual component to the weekend’s music programming. Indie Underground is limited to guests ages 21 and older, with proceeds supporting access to music education and mentorship through Guitars Over Guns.
