Join the Miami International Piano Festival Academy at the Miami Beach Woman's Club for their annual concert series. On Wednesday, January 8, internationally acclaimed pianist Josu de Solaun will take the stage to perform program featuring Schumann’s Grand Sonata in F-Sharp Minor, Op. 11 and Prokofiev’s Piano Sonata No. 8 in B-flat Major, Op. 84.
As the only Spanish pianist to win both the Enescu and Iturbi competitions, Josu de Solaun has performed across the globe with renowned orchestras and conductors, earning accolades for his interpretations. His achievements include a reception at the Royal Palace in Spain with the King and Queene.
Admission to this performance is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Presented with the support of the City of Miami Beach, this concert is part of a week-long celebration of distinguished faculty from the Miami International Piano Festival Winter Academy.
