Bass-driven house and minimal grooves anchor a late-night lineup led by Dutch producer Julian Fijma at The Ground Miami. Taking place Friday, August 21, the 21-and-over event also features Miami house DJ Alezsandro and Bort, with doors opening at 11 p.m.
Based in the Netherlands, Fijma has built momentum in the underground house circuit with a production style centered on heavy basslines, crisp percussion and streamlined synth work. Releases on labels including Eastenderz and WYLD have earned support from DJs such as East End Dubs, Chris Stussy, Josh Baker and Enzo Siragusa, while his Sweet Resonance EP reached No. 1 on Beatport’s Minimal/Deep Tech chart.
Alezsandro brings a Miami-rooted perspective shaped by classic house and contemporary underground club music. A resident DJ at Club Space, he has performed alongside artists including Janeret, The Martinez Brothers, Joseph Capriati and Marco Carola. Admission to The Ground does not include access to the Club Space Terrace, and closing time may vary.
