Labor Day Poolside Grill-Out Celebration

Barbecue favorites, Cuban-inspired dishes and skyline views come together for a three-day Labor Day celebration at Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami. Guests can enjoy slow-smoked ribs, jerk-spiced wings, smash burgers and more alongside specialty cocktails like the Liberty Lemonade, served by the glass or pitcher.

Labor Day Poolside Grill-Out Celebration takes place Saturday, August 31 through Monday, September 2 on the hotel’s 19th-floor rooftop pool deck and bar, overlooking Biscayne Bay. Day passes are available for Miami residents through ResortPass or at the front desk, with access to the pool, hot tub and Caña Miami Lounge’s curated holiday menu.
