Enjoy an evening of salsa rhythms with a performance by Braidsman at The Doral Yard. Taking place on Friday, January 31, Latin Nights offers an evening of live music, food from culinary vendors and craft cocktails from the bar.
Hailing from Las Tunas, Cuba, Braidsman comes from a lineage of musical luminaries. His father, Basilio Marquez, was a trumpeter for Chucho Valdés’ groundbreaking Latin jazz ensemble, Irakere. Braidsman's musical journey began at the age of 4, and by 2007, he had become a professional trumpeter. Upon moving to Miami in 2019, he immersed himself in the local music scene and the following year, he founded a traditional Cuban music project that performs throughout Miami-Dade County.
