Le Jardinier x ARKHAUS: An Off The Grid Dining Experience
May 07, 2025
Three departures: 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM
A Michelin-starred restaurant will step beyond its traditional setting for a waterfront dining experience that blends fine cuisine with an innovative floating venue powered by renewable energy.
Le Jardinier x ARKHAUS: An Off The Grid Dining Experience will take place on Wednesday, May 7, with seatings at 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Guests will depart from Venetian Marina to board ARKHAUS, a solar-powered floating social club on Biscayne Bay, where they will enjoy a four-course menu created by chefs James Friedberg and Zack Pham of The Bastion Collection. The evening’s menu draws inspiration from the sea and reflects the restaurant’s commitment to refined French culinary traditions and peak seasonal ingredients.
The experience includes dockside pick-up, approximately 1.5 hours of dining aboard ARKHAUS, and return transportation, with the full outing lasting around two hours. Priced at $395 per person plus tax and gratuity, the event is limited to guests 21 and older. Yacht-chic attire is requested, with flat footwear recommended due to the vessel’s deck design.
ARKHAUS, currently under phased development, is envisioned as a floating social club composed of four solar-electric yachts, featuring future amenities such as a restaurant, bar and natural pool area. Le Jardinier, part of The Bastion Collection and guided by Chef Alain Verzeroli, is known for its focus on seasonality, sustainability and French culinary artistry.
