Miami Art Week: Ghee, Shake Shack & Brian Butler

Celebrate Miami Art Week with an exclusive culinary and artistic collaboration at Ghee Wynwood on Tuesday, December 3. Shake Shack partners with Chef Niven Patel of Ghee Miami and Miami-based muralist Brian Butler for a unique dining and art experience that highlights bold flavors and creative artistry. 

The event features a special tasting menu blending Shake Shack’s signature style with Chef Patel’s Indian-inspired creations, sourced from his farm, Rancho Patel. Menu highlights include a ShackBurger Arayes wrapped in naan, Tikka Crinkle Cut Cheese Fries, a Crispy Butter Chicken Sandwich, and a Mango Passionfruit Lassi Shake. Guests can also enjoy chai-infused cocktails and an immersive art experience led by Butler, whose designs merge the culinary inspirations of both brands.

The event offers three seatings: lunch at 1:00 p.m. ($45 per person) and two dinner seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. ($60 per person). Each reservation includes a four-course meal, dessert, beverages, live entertainment and a custom spice tin adorned with Butler’s artwork. Guests will also have the chance to contribute to a commemorative mosaic wall by painting tiles inspired by Ghee’s iconic designs. 

As part of Shake Shack’s Stand for Something Good® initiative, 25% of ticket proceeds will benefit Feeding South Florida. Limited tickets are available. Reservations are required.
