The Overtown 1896 Marketplace pop-up series returns to The Urban Miami on Saturday, April 6. This free event celebrates the revitalization of Overtown's historic Entertainment District.
The marketplace offers a chance to support local businesses by shopping from a variety of vendors, including new and existing small business owners, artisans and service providers. In addition to shopping, attendees can enjoy free fitness activities, business assistance workshops, live music, games and family-friendly entertainment.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the Overtown neighborhood, discover unique products from local vendors and connect with the community. This family-friendly pop-up is presented with the support of The Allegany Franciscan Ministries through the Overtown Common Good Initiative. Furry friends are also welcome.
