Wynwood has one of the world’s most vibrant street art scenes, and on four fabulous weekends through the end of June, the streets, bars, rooftops and restaurants of this exciting neighborhood will erupt with even more color, boldness and flair during the seventh annual Wynwood Pride celebration.
Wynwood Pride spotlights Greater Miami & Miami Beach’s LGBTQ+ community, supports local artists and businesses and welcomes locals and visitors. This inclusive event invites the LGBTQ+ community and its allies to come together across multiple venues for dynamic musical and drag performances, pool parties, fierce dances, pageants, outdoor concerts and markets. There’s something for everyone at this adult, music-festival-style event.
Wynwood Pride’s Exciting 2025 Lineup
June 5: Wig!
Willy’s Neighborhood Bar, Wynwood’s welcoming community watering hole, becomes Pride Central during Wynwood Pride. Willy’s weekly Thursday Wig! Party invites you to take the stage (and the mic), display your talents and strut your stuff. It’ll be hosted by FKA Twink, Miss Wynwood Pride 2024, and feature a cast of past Miss Wynwood Pride winners. Wig takes place from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., and there’s no cover charge.
June 6: Miss Wynwood Pride 2025 Pageant
Held at R House, one of Miami’s citadels of drag high art, the contest for the Miss Wynwood Pride 2025 crown will be a night to see, hear and vote on who is the most “diva.” Come cheer for local favorites and get ready to be slayed by the showstopping antics of surprising “RuPaul’s Drag Race” personalities and guests. The meet-and-greet begins at 7 p.m., the pageant begins at 8:30 p.m., and the cover charge is $5. Cap off the night at the TUFF leather party at Willy’s Neighborhood Bar.
June 8: CommuniTEA Dance
CommuniTEA Dance, now in its ninth year, will take LGBTQ+ pride inside and center stage to the Ziff Ballet Opera House at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County in Downtown Miami. The event will be headlined by vocalist VINCINT and feature performances by Ariesela, Sagittae and Domink Trixx and beats by DJ Musicat. Sassy MC FayWhat?! will emcee this afternoon of togetherness, dancing, fun, food, drink, special performances and surprises. The event takes place from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Tickets are free, but RSVP is required.
June 13: RIDE Wynwood
Buckle up for RIDE Wynwood as it roars into Willy’s Neighborhood Bar, hosted by “RuPaul’s Drag Race” diva Naomi Smalls. Beginning at 10 p.m., admission to this late-night event with live music and DJ sets is free with RSVP.
June 20 and 21: Big Wig
Celebrate drag while welcoming the summer solstice when the Big Wig drag fest debuts at Wynwood Pride. For two days, drag royalty will welcome talented up-and-comers who’ll be ready to storm the stage, capture the spotlight and earn their own crowns and badges. Over 40 local, national and international drag performers will be showcased and high-stepping it, including to-be-announced “RuPaul’s Drag Race” luminaries. Big Wig will take place Friday from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. The cover charge is $45 for the two-night event.
June 27: Saints & Serpents Ball
The Saints & Serpents Ball is the vogue ball and competition where Old and New Way voguing come alive and fiercely competitive vogue virgins and seasoned stylists will be on the catwalk vying for prizes in different categories. See Willy’s Neighborhood Bar transformed into a tropical Garden of Eden for a night that’s sure to transcend the ordinary. The event begins at 8 p.m.
June 28: Closing Pool Party
Wynwood Pride will come to a splashing finale at Miami Pool House. The Wynwood outpost of the members-only Soho Beach House will opens its doors to bid a chic farewell to Wynwood Pride. The party is free with an RSVP and will take place from 2-10 p.m.
The Flavors of Wynwood Pride
No matter when you attend Wynwood Pride, you’ll likely run into Wynwood Pride food partner Milly’s Empanada Factory, who’ll be selling authentic, Venezuelan-style empanadas. In addition, Wynwood has numerous great restaurants with a wide range of cuisine for every palate and budget.
How to Get to Wynwood Pride & Where to Park
The free City of Miami Wynwood Trolley Route begins at the Adrienne Arsht Metromover station then travels north through Wynwood to NW 36th Street and back. It runs from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday-Saturdays. If you’re driving, Wynwood Pride has partnered with Mana Wynwood Convention Center to provide paid parking at its private lot. The public parking garage nearest to the events is the Wynwood Garage at 321 NW 26th St. Prices vary. Street parking is available for $2.40 per hour, with varying time limits.
