Presented by Pridelines, Pride in Motion: Sunset Beach Pilates returns on Monday, December 23, offering an inclusive, all-ages fitness experience at the 12th Street Lifeguard Tower, marked by the rainbow flag.
The event begins with check-in from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m., followed by a guided Pilates session from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Designed for participants of all fitness levels, this session provides an opportunity to strengthen your body while enjoying the soothing ocean breeze. After the workout, stay to connect with others and foster a sense of community. Attendees will also have the chance to join a WhatsApp group to stay informed about future sessions.
