Sake Day: Temaki & Sake Sushi Making Class takes place Wednesday, October 1 at Watr at the 1 Rooftop at 1 Hotel South Beach. Led by Sake Ono, the workshop covers the preparation of one sushi roll and two temaki hand rolls, paired with three curated sake flights.
Held on World Sake Day, the class offers an opportunity to celebrate the drink’s cultural significance while enjoying ocean views in an interactive setting.
