Sake Day: Temaki & Sake Sushi Making Class takes place Wednesday, October 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Watr at the 1 Rooftop at 1 Hotel South Beach. Led by Sake Ono, the session introduces participants to the art of preparing one sushi roll and two temaki hand rolls, complemented by a guided tasting of three sake flights.
