Watr at the 1 Hotel Rooftop floats 18 stories high, giving a 360 degree ocean view of South Beach. Local and organic ingredients are prepared with a Latin and Japanese flair. There is something for everyone: New England lobster roll sushi, chicken yakisoba noodles, steak salteado and a plant-based Impossible Burger. Watr at the 1 Hotel Rooftop is open to the public at 6 p.m. daily.
