Sensory Day at HistoryMiami Museum

Dive into history in a way that's fun and accessible for everyone. The HistoryMiami Museum is hosting a special Sensory Day program on Sunday, May 19. Designed specifically for families of children, teenagers and young adults who are neurodiverse, on the autism spectrum, or have sensory processing disorders or cognitive disabilities, this inclusive event offers a welcoming environment for all.
Explore the museum's permanent exhibitions at your own pace, or join a touch tour of the current traveling exhibit, Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida. A sensory-inclusive room and interactive building blocks area provide additional opportunities for play and exploration.
Admission to Sensory Day is free, but registration is required due to limited capacity.
