Connect with female voices shaping Miami's artistic landscape through sculptural works, murals and groundbreaking installations. The Special Edition Public Art Tour: Women's Day takes place on Saturday, March 8, at Palm Court Plaza in the Miami Design District.
This free curated walking tour celebrates International Women's Day by highlighting significant works created by women artists throughout the neighborhood. Participants will have the opportunity to meet Nicole Moyo, the 2024 Design Commission winner, who will provide personal insights into her contributions to the district's creative environment.
The guided experience includes visits to notable outdoor installations such as Criola's Interdimensional Portal, Paula Crown's Solo Cup and the architectural marvel Elastika by the late pioneering architect Zaha Hadid.
