Discover the creativity of independent filmmaking through a curated selection of short films from the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. The Sundance Film Festival Short Film Tour 2024 will be screened at O Cinema South Beach on January 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19. This 110-minute program features seven short films, including three Festival Award-winning titles, showcasing a range of fiction, documentary and animation projects from around the globe.
Highlights of the program include Bug Diner, winner of the Short Film Jury Award: Animation, and The Masterpiece, recipient of the Grand Jury Prize. Audiences can also enjoy films such as ALOK, a portrait of non-binary artist Alok Vaid-Menon executive-produced by Jodie Foster, and Pisko the Crab Child is in Love, a unique tale awarded the Special Jury Prize for Directing.
This annual tour offers a glimpse into the creativity and innovation of emerging and established filmmakers in the short film genre.
