Tanktoberfest Beer Dinner takes place Wednesday, September 17, with a five-course menu inspired by Bavarian traditions and paired with the brewery’s own selections. The evening begins with pierogis matched to Prost Festbier, followed by mussels with La Playita Pilsner, stuffed squab with Oktoberfest Märzen, and dry-aged ribeye alongside Frank the Tank Stout. Dessert rounds out the meal with a pairing of Guava Daydream Fruited Wheat Ale.
Limited to just 20 guests, the dinner offers a relaxed setting to explore how seasonal dishes and craft beers enhance one another in true Oktoberfest spirit.
