A Latin-Caribbean fusion menu with tropical accents brings a fresh perspective to holiday dining at Tulum Rooftop Bar & Restaurant in the W Miami.
Thanksgiving at TULUM takes place Thursday, November 27, beginning at noon, with an à la carte menu priced at $60 per person plus tax and gratuity. Starters include achiote turkey empanadas, honeynut squash soup with coconut cream and an autumn greens salad with mango vinaigrette. Entrées range from mojo-brined turkey breast to Colombian-style stuffed hen or plant-based ropa vieja, paired with sides such as yuca mash, chorizo cornbread stuffing and Brussels sprouts with guava glaze. Desserts include pumpkin tres leches, dulce de leche pecan pie and coconut mango panna cotta. From 6 to 9 p.m., guests can dine under the stars accompanied by a live violinist.
