Thanksgiving Dinner at ADRIFT Mare

Mediterranean flavors shape a Thanksgiving dinner served with views of Biscayne Bay from ADRIFT Mare’s 25th-floor setting in Brickell. The $68 menu begins with aged Parmesan arancini, rosemary focaccia, olives and corn for the table. Entrées include Spanish herb roasted chicken with rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, garlic and sherry jus and braised beef ravioli with wild mushrooms, Pedro Ximénez sherry jus and aged Manchego.

Shared sides include crispy roasted potatoes with garlic and chili mojo and a tomato and walnut salad with sherry vinaigrette. For dessert, guests may choose pecan pie with walnut ice cream or pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon cream. A 20% service charge, 7% sales tax and 2% Miami-Dade food and beverage tax apply.
