Thanksgiving Dinner at Fontana

A five-course Thanksgiving menu draws on Italian cooking, from butternut squash ravioli to pumpkin tiramisu. Offered Thursday, November 26 at Fontana in the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, the holiday dinner includes choices at each course.

Starters include burrata with roasted delicata squash, prosciutto di Parma, an autumn salad or spiced pumpkin soup. A pasta or risotto course follows, with a choice of butternut squash ravioli with brown butter and sage or wild mushroom risotto with taleggio. Entrées include herb-roasted turkey breast with cranberry mostarda or braised short rib with Barolo reduction and creamy polenta, accompanied by a choice of vegetable or potato side. Dessert options are pumpkin tiramisu, warm apple crostata with vanilla gelato or chocolate hazelnut budino.

Fontana offers dining in a fountain-centered courtyard and indoors around an open kitchen. Dinner costs $115 per adult and $55 per child ages 4-12, excluding tax and gratuity.
