Thanksgiving Weekend at Aguasai

Heritage turkey roulade with black truffle mousseline brings a seasonal addition to Aguasal’s coastal Mediterranean menu in Miami Beach. José Andrés’ restaurant serves Thanksgiving specials alongside its regular à la carte offerings from Thursday, November 26 through Sunday, November 29.

The holiday dishes include:

• Roasted heirloom beets: Tarte fine, whipped goat cheese, frisée and Pedro Ximénez vinaigrette — $22
• Heritage turkey roulade: Black truffle mousseline, pumpkin purée, Brussels sprout petals and Jerez jus — $48
• Pecan tart: Brown butter, bourbon caramel and vanilla crème fraîche — $15
