The Rare Tour: Laia x Casa Julian x Daniel’s

An international steakhouse collaboration brings three acclaimed chefs together for a limited Miami residency.

The Rare Tour: Laia x Casa Julián x Daniel’s takes place February 26 through 28 at Daniel’s Miami. The globally recognized dining series returns to the city with a special six-hands dinner format, uniting Danny Ganem of Daniel’s Miami with Jon Ayala of Laia and Xabier Gorrotxategi of Casa Julián.

Ranked among the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants, Spain’s Basque institutions Laia (No. 3) and Casa Julián (No. 7) join Daniel’s Miami, currently ranked No. 9 in North America’s 50 Best Steak Restaurants, for a collaborative menu that blends contemporary Basque technique, traditional grill mastery and refined steakhouse presentation. Each evening features curated beverage pairings, including Vega Sicilia, Gaja and a joint pairing finale, with Grey Goose Altius featured throughout the three-night experience.

Created by Upper Cut Concepts, The Rare Tour is known for one-night-only collaborations among leading steak restaurants worldwide.
