From April 9 to May 3, Miami New Drama stages the world premiere of The Zionists: A Family Storm at the Colony Theatre in Miami Beach. Written by S. Asher Gelman (Afterglow), the play follows a prominent Jewish family brought together after the events of October 7. As a hurricane closes in outside their bungalow, deeper storms of clashing values and unresolved wounds erupt within.

This intimate new work examines how history and current events reverberate through personal relationships, asking what it takes to hold a family together in a divided world.

Public online ticket sales will be available starting December 15.
