A Valentine’s Day tasting experience brings a curated, five-course dinner to Sexy Fish Miami, pairing the restaurant’s signature Japanese-inspired cuisine with a celebratory dining atmosphere.
Available exclusively for the holiday, the prix fixe menu highlights a progression of Sexy Fish favorites, beginning with oysters, salmon ceviche and wagyu toast, followed by wagyu gyoza and pink shrimp. An assortment of sushi leads into a sea-and-land platter featuring wagyu, black cod and sweet potato, before concluding with a dessert created specifically for Valentine’s Day. Reservations begin in the early evening, with the tasting menu offered at a fixed per-person price.
