Wagyu, Whiskey and Wine at Morton’s Coral Gables

Westholme Australian Wagyu takes center stage in a five-course dinner pairing beef-focused dishes with wine and whiskey cocktails at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Coral Gables. Held Saturday, November 7, the menu moves from bone marrow crostini and candied Wagyu bacon to braised short rib, sliced Wagyu strip and a hazelnut chocolate tart.

Pairings include High West whiskey cocktails alongside wines from Sea Smoke, Lingua Franca and Double Diamond. Standard admission begins at 6:30 p.m. and is priced at $169 per guest.

A $218 premium ticket includes 6 p.m. entry, a pre-dinner Wagyu tartare tasting paired with Sea Smoke Blanc de Noirs and a commemorative Morton’s and Westholme gift set. The event is limited to guests ages 21 and older.
