A four-course dinner at The Palm spotlights wagyu in a menu that fuses Japanese flavors with Italian tradition, paired with wines, sake and craft cocktails. Guests will start with lobster roll sliders in miso butter before moving into courses like tonkatsu-style wagyu meatloaf with tempura enoki mushrooms, butadon-style kurobuta pork belly and a wagyu lasagna pinwheel. Dessert brings a chocolate peanut butter cupcake, served with a Licor 43 carajillo.
Each dish is complemented by a thoughtful pairing, from Sonoma Coast pinot noir to Chianti Classico Riserva, alongside selections of sake, ale and espresso cocktails. Seating is limited for this 21+ dining experience, priced at $169 per guest inclusive of tax, gratuity and fees.
