We Met at a Marlins Game

A Miami Marlins game becomes the backdrop for an afternoon of socializing and connection at LoanDepot Park.

We Met at a Marlins Game takes place Saturday, September 13, beginning with a pregame social hour and icebreakers in the Blue Moon Brew Hall before the Marlins face the Detroit Tigers at 4:10 p.m. Attendees will sit in a dedicated section with seat shuffles after the third and sixth innings to encourage mingling. Wristbands help signal whether participants are open to friendship, love or LGBTQIA+ connections, with a system in place to help matched attendees reconnect after the event. Organized by We Met in Miami, the 21+ gathering blends baseball, community and the chance to form new bonds.
