As part of the WOPHA Congress at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), join three immersive photowalks on Thursday, October 24, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m..
Led by renowned photographers Clara Toro, Rose Marie Cromwell and Nicole Combeau, these bilingual (English/Spanish) walking workshops offer a unique perspective on Miami's neighborhoods. Explore the rich imagery, public artworks, landmarks and diverse communities of Wynwood, the Miami Design District and Downtown Miami.

- Be part of the WOPHA Congress, a multi-day event celebrating women in photography.
Bring your camera equipment (digital, film or phone), comfortable walking shoes and your curiousity. This is a free event, thanks to the support of MPB, the largest platform for used camera and video equipment. A free tote bag with MPB gifts is included.
About the Instructors:
- Clara Toro is a Miami-based industrial designer and photographer, known for her work with Univision, The Wall Street Journal and various nonprofits. She is a resident artist at The Bakehouse Art Complex and a member of WOPHA.
- Rose Marie Cromwell is a photo and video artist whose work explores the effects of globalization. Her photography has been exhibited internationally, and her books have received critical acclaim, including being named one of TIME Magazine’s "25 Best Photobooks of 2018."
- Nicole Combeau is an artist, photographer and educator from Miami. She has exhibited at institutions such as the Museum of Contemporary Arts and Pérez Art Museum Miami, and was a 2023 recipient of the Oolite Ellie’s Artist Awards.
