Catch an evening of dynamic jazz performance led by acclaimed pianist and composer Dr. Zachary Bartholomew in the heart of Miami Beach.
The Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series presents the Zach Bartholomew Quartet on Sunday, September 14 in Lummus Park, located between 14th Street and 14th Place along Ocean Drive. This free outdoor concert invites attendees to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy live music steps from the beach. In the event of rain, the performance will be held indoors at The Betsy Hotel.
Dr. Bartholomew is an award-winning performer and educator known for his expressive style and commitment to music outreach. A finalist in the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition in 2016 and 2017, he also leads Florida’s “Jazz Access Tour,” which brings high-level performances to underserved communities across the state. His quartet features top-tier musicians from the region, delivering a blend of original compositions, jazz standards and improvisational interplay.
Presented by the Ocean Drive Association with support from the City of Miami Beach and the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, this concert is part of a weekly Sunday series that is free and open to the public.
