From fabulous fireworks displays over Biscayne Bay to luxurious spa treatments for less during Miami Spa Month, July in Miami offers a variety of entertaining events. Browse through these events to start marking up your calendar.

Miami Spa Month: July 1- August 31

Spend some time relaxing this summer and take advantage of deals on spa treatments throughout Miami Spa Month. Luxurious spas across the city are cutting prices on signature services throughout the months of July and August. Whether a solo retreat or a group outing, booking a discounted spa day is a no brainer during the summer holiday.

Within Genres at Pérez Art Museum Miami: July 1 - August 31

Visit Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) for an exhibition entitled “Within Genres.” You’ll explore five genres in these galleries: Still Life, Landscape, Scenes of Everyday Life, Portraiture and History Painting developed as categories when painting was still in its infancy as a respected medium. Themes are related to religion, mythology or historical events. Adult admission to PAMM is $16 per person.

America’s Birthday Bash: July 4

What better way to celebrate the 4th of July than by watching one of the largest fireworks displays in South Florida at America’s Birthday Bash. In Downtown Miami, the fun starts at Bayfront Park at 2 p.m. when the beer garden opens. There will also be a free Kids’ Zone and plenty of food and music to keep the party going. The night will culminate with a fantastic fireworks celebration over Biscayne Bay at 9 p.m.

Fire on the Fourth Festival: July 4

Looking for something to do with the whole family on July 4th? How about enjoying the all-day beachfront extravaganza, Fire on the Fourth Festival, sponsored by Coca-Cola and Hotwire? The festivities take place at the North Shore Park Bandshell, 73rd Street and Collins Avenue, and include free morning yoga on the beach, a Kids Zone with lots of fun activities, food trucks, live musical performances, all culminating in a spectacular 9 p.m. fireworks display. The city of Miami Beach will provide free dedicated shuttle service from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. between the 42nd Street garage and the North Shore Park Bandshell, departing every 30 minutes.

Miccosukee Resort & Gaming Freedom Festival: July 4

From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., enjoy live music, carnival rides and games, airboat rides, water slides, alligator wrestling shows, food, fireworks and more! Featured performers taking the stage at 4:30 p.m. will be army veteran-turned-singer-songwriter, Luke Pell, ex-Marine and up-and-coming country music star, Tony Jackson, and legendary country music artist and producer, Aaron Tippin. There is no charge for admission to the Miccosukee Freedom Festival.

Erasure Concert: July 6

English synthpop duo Erasure kicks off their World Beyond Tour at the Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theatre. Singer Andy Bell and keyboardist Vince Clarke will perform at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2018. Ticket prices vary.

Sam Smith Concert: July 14

British rock sensation Sam Smith will perform at AmericanAirlines Arena as part of his The Thrill Of It All tour. Ticket prices vary.

Overtown Music and Arts Festival: July 14

The Overtown Music and Arts Festival celebrates economic development and community enrichment in the historic Overtown district of Miami. Enjoy a stellar line-up of live music artists and activities for all ages. The festival will include vendors showcasing artwork, ethnic cuisine, unique crafts, jewelry and a vast array of entertainment. The event is free.

Miami Swim Week: July 14 - 17

It’s one of the hottest weeks of the summer so be sure to check out one of Funkshion’s many sizzling swimwear runway presentations on Miami Beach. Funkshion events offer a distinct blend of cutting edge fashion with live entertainment that make their shows a high energy and unique experience. Additionally, SwimShow 2018 will showcase the finest swim and resort wear from across the globe at this one-of-a-kind tradeshow at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

International Mango Festival: July 14 - 15

Experience the world’s largest display of mangoes at Fairchild Tropical Garden’s 26th Annual International Mango Festival. Activities include tastings, lectures, food demonstrations, children’s activities and the opportunity to explore Mangoville, a marketplace where you will find everything mango – art, gifts, food and more. Admission is free for members and $25 for non-members.

International Ballet Festival: July 28 – August 19

Showcasing the works of more than 200 ballet artists from 20 companies from around the world, the International Ballet Festival returns to Miami in 2018. Performances will take place at venues like Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater, Lehman Theater at Miami Dade College North Campus and Colony Theater. Ticket prices vary.

Summer Butterfly Walk at Deering Estate: July 28

Wander through a tropical wonderland at the Deering Estate, an environmental, archaeological and historical preserve located along the edge of Biscayne Bay, and view rarely seen species of colorful butterflies. The Summer Butterfly Walk goes from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Admission is $12 for adults and $7 for children.
