Chef Eileen Andrade shares that her beloved grandmother, Amelia, embodied elegance through her love of Cuban cuisine and timeless fashion. Inspired by her grandmother’s exquisite taste and passion for hospitality, Andrade opened the restaurant as a tribute—celebrating the art of gastronomy and style in her honor.
