VARSOL SUSHI BAR is a Japanese Restaurant located in the heart of Coconut Grove. Our concept was born from the traditional Japanese cuisine techniques of AKASHI restaurant with more than 25 years of experience, combined with the modernity of our space and Miami's social lifestyle. Our approach is straightforward; we deliver a memorable atmosphere, featuring specialty crafted cocktails and a variety of gastronomic flavors with the freshest and highest quality ingredients of the original sushi in The Grove.
The high quality ingredients along with the freshest fish delivered from around the world every day, allows us to offer a traditional culinary Japanese experience and a variety of dishes with extraordinary flavors. Our exclusive bar only uses fresh ingredients and the best liquors to offer a dynamic and diverse menu.
