2023 FL/GA Massage Competition Award Winning Massage (75 Minute Session)
During Spa Month, you can experience the massage that judges deemed the second-best in the state of Florida, given by its creator. In October of 2023, Healing Hands founder Anastasia flew to Atlanta to compete in the Georgia & Florida Massage Championships. She was honored to win 2nd place for the modality she has been developing since achieving licensure in 2010: The Healing Hands Protocol.
Anastasia’s massage philosophy is threefold: 1. Massage should help the body create space. 2. Stretching should be incorporated into the flow of the massage. 3. Muscles accept touch differently when flaccid vs passively engaged.
With this in mind, she developed a massage protocol that includes multiple modalities including elements of Thai massage, therapeutic stretching, and strategic limb positioning to create a deeply personalized and holistic treatment. Hot stones and towels are complemented with ice globes and cold packs to leave you relaxed yet invigorated.
Anastasia will perform this massage on Mondays only, and she is extending the session time from 60 to 75 minutes.
