Jazz piano, holiday music and the familiar sound world of Vince Guaraldi come together in an annual concert inspired by A Charlie Brown Christmas. A Charlie Brown Christmas Concert takes place Saturday, November 14 at The Moss Center, with performances at 5 and 7:30 p.m.
Award-winning pianist Dr. Zachary Bartholomew leads his trio in a program featuring Guaraldi’s compositions and arrangements, including music associated with the classic animated holiday special. The concert combines performance with commentary, offering audiences context on Guaraldi’s life, musical style and role in shaping the sound of A Charlie Brown Christmas.
The event is presented with table seating and table-side drink service.
