Poetry and contemporary voices fill Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in a reading presented by Books & Books and SWWIM. The evening gathering takes place Wednesday, August 27.
Founded in 2016 by Jen Karetnick and Catherine Esposito Prescott, SWWIM (Supporting Women Writers in Miami) is a volunteer-run literary organization dedicated to amplifying women’s voices through its reading series at The Betsy-South Beach and its online journal, SWWIM Every Day. The group regularly partners with cultural leaders including O, Miami and the Miami Book Fair to spotlight contemporary poetry and diverse perspectives.
