About the Author:
Schuyler Bailar (he/him) is a prominent voice in the LGBTQ+ community. An author, educator and advocate, he is also the first openly transgender athlete to compete on an NCAA Division 1 men's team. Bailar uses his platform to promote understanding and acceptance, earning him numerous accolades including NYC Pride Grand Marshall and the Harvard Varsity Director's Award. He is a sought-after speaker and advisor, sharing his insights on gender identity and diversity with various organizations. Bailar is also the host of the podcast "Dear Schuyler" and the creator of LaneChanger.com, an online learning series focused on gender literacy.
